It's Gin here, self-taught illustrator based in Borneo Island (GMT+8), painting mostly OCs, fanarts, and forever a devoted fan of dragons and their majestic kins.Currently super obsessed with One Piece!"Ginawo" means "love/heart/deep feelings" in my native language of Borneo, something I'd like to dedicate to my new resolution in creating more beautiful and emotionally powerful arts.

TERMS OF SERVICES

General Rules

1. Communication will be conducted mainly in English.
~ - I can also communicate in Bahasa (Malay & moderately in Indonesian).~2. I have the right to decline your request if you fail to comply to my terms.
~ - When you agreed to apply for my services, you have also agreed that you are of 13+ of age and has a personal Stripe or Paypal (for 18+). If I find that you violate this rule by using other's account without their permission (e.g. your parent / guardian), your request will be immediately terminated.
- Please also be polite when requesting, thank you. Rude and impatient manners will only discourage me from accepting your request.~3. I will start working on the commission only after an upfront or half upfront payment is made, whichever you prefer.4. Refund is unavailable once the work has started.
~ - You will only get a full refund if I cannot complete the commission due to certain circumstances (which you will be immediately informed).~5. My timezone is GMT+8 (Kuala Lumpur/Singapore).
~ > If there is something about the commission you'd like to discuss with me via email or socials, there may be a chance that I will respond to you slightly late. Thank you for being very patient.~

Payment Methods

1. Payments in United States Dollar (USD) or Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.2. Transactions via PayPal, Ko-Fi, Stripe are accepted.
~ > For Malaysian, a different method of payment will be offered to you without going through the aforementioned methods.~

Commission Process

1. Please send me all the necessary details of the commission via the provided google form.
~ > Link can be found in the 'Commission Prices' page.~2. I will send you an invoice within 3 -5 working days after receiving your commission details.3. You are expected to make an upfront or half upront payment within seven working days after the invoice is sent to you.
~ > If I do not receive a news from you after the given period, I will consider that you are no longer interested with the commission and terminate your request.~4. ==A commission may take between 2 - 4 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the details==
~ > Collecting references, establishing composition to creating the first sketch will take 2-5 days
> Flat colors, cell shading, to final touch will take 1 - 3 weeks, depending on the amount of details~5. If you need to have the commission completed at an earlier date (min. 5 days from receiving payment), a rush fee will be applied.
~ > An addition of 50 - 75% of the original total price will be included into the invoice, depending on the amount of time given for me to complete within the short period.~6. Approximately THREE revisions are allowed throughout the commission process:
~ > First sketch: Major changes are allowed, including: Posture, outfit and background details
> Flat colors: Only minor changes are allowed: Color palettes, and slight mistakes to details
> 75-80% completion: Only minor changes are allowed: Any slight mistakes to details.~7. Maximum THREE revisions/edits are allowed per commission. Extra revision will be charged with 10 USD.8. If you have made a half upfront payment at the beginning of the commission, you are expected to make the remaining payment after I show you the final piece (covered in a watermark and at a very low resolution).9. After the entire payment is made, you will receive the following :
~ > A full resolution piece without watermark, .PNG file, RGB format~

Copyright

1. I retain full copyright and ownership of the commissioned piece.2. Please DO NOT:
~ > Claim the entire work as yours.~
_{> Modify, trace, and then claim the edited work as yours.
> Sell the work in any form FOR PROFIT (including NFT)}3. I do NOT claim the rights to the intellectual property of the commissioned work (e.g. your OC(s), story, setting, designs, etc.)4. I will NOT reproduce, or otherwise make further profit from the commissioned work.5. I have the right to submit all commission works into my galleries (but with watermark and low resolution).
_{However, please inform me if you want it to remain private. I always respect your decision.}6. As mentioned before, this commission is for Non-commercial / Personal-use Only.
_{> You are allowed to post the commission work on any online platform or use the work in personal TikTok / YouTube videos (preferably with credit to me as the original artist).
